StrategyA new brand platform was established to launch and sustain campaign work for the University of New South Wales' new visual identity. The call to action, ‘ The World Needs U', serves as a rallying cry for students tired of the status quo. It became an over-arching message of empowerment, encouraging students to recognise their place in a world that needs their ingenuity and problem-solving skills.

DirectionThis project involved extensive collaboration with UNSW’s in-house design teams, marketing teams, and partner agencies across their TV, print, and digital media channels. The new visual identity focuses on a design system that adapts seamlessly across platforms, ensuring a consistent and recognisable brand presence. Emphasising modernity, inclusivity, and innovation, it reflects UNSW's commitment to academic excellence, cutting-edge research, and the student experience, empowering students to recognise their place at UNSW and in the world.
